Your personal data (name, first name, address, telephone number (landline / mobile / fax number), e-mail address, CBE / VAT number, gender, public media pages) are provided by BVBA Het Pomphuis, with registered office at 2030 Antwerp, Siberiastraat z/n and with company number 0474.277.639 processed, for customer management on the basis of the contractual relationship as a result of your order / placed order, in the context of various legal obligations (our liability, retention obligation, accounting law) and for direct marketing (to provide you with new services) based on our legitimate interest in doing business. Processing is always done by the manager.

We inform you that during the order / execution of order placed with us, we cannot delete your data in order to guarantee our services. After the termination of the assignment (possibly by you), we are obliged to keep your personal data for another 10 years in the context of our legal obligations. All services that are performed within the framework of the rights granted to You by the General Data Processing Regulation are free of charge, to the extent reasonable.
